It’s been a summer unlike any other, full of physical distancing, loss of normalcy, back-to-school woes, uncertainties about the future, and guilt (but all feelings are allowed, so that’s ok).
Last week I found a piece of ham in the sunhat box. So there’s been a lowering of standards, too. And that’s just fine.
The pandemic has put a spotlight on corners of life.
You cannot look away. People are realizing big things. Like the way they’ve been working is unsustainable, or their relationship has run its course, or they want to move closer to family.
I’ve realized the need to focus on what matters and get back to basics.
I changed my last name back to Archibald. My dad said “welcome home” to me when I got my new driver’s license. Feeling at home matters to me right now. And bear with me while I update every single little thing.
My coaching services have also been pared down. Half-year packages that include numerous other programs are too bulky for this new paradigm.
Now, you can book straight-up coaching starting at $300/mth.

Even with all the uncertainty and anxiety, you can still use the pandemic to show you what your life needs right now.
You are not what happens to you. You are how you respond.
What is the pandemic clarifying for you? How can you take action on that?
Wishing you health, peace, and ease.
With love,
Jen
